Joining our esteemed team entails undertaking the following key responsibilities:

- General Carpentry: Proficiency in fixing and adjusting minor issues through to larger projects and tasks. Ideally Qualified Carpenter or have 3+ Years delivery of Commercial general maintenance experience.
- Project Construction: Demonstrated capability in constructing and delivering various projects such as decking, pergolas, wall and more.
- Small Plastering & Paint Projects: Skilled in handling minor plastering and painting tasks.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Ability to assist other trades, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance, as necessary.
- Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strict adherence to company safety regulations. Ability to maintain client safety check in's,



inductions and overall site compliance requirements.
- Issue Identification and Reporting: Competence in identifying and reporting major repair work.

- Proven Background in General Maintenance & Carpentry
- Current Manual Driver's License
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
