About the job

A hands-on, customer-facing role for someone technically capable and early in their career who wants a real pathway into product and implementation work - no coding required. You'll own how new clients are onboarded onto Amplify, our review-generation platform: understanding their setup, configuring it right, and making sure they're set up to succeed. For the right person, it can open a pathway over time into product, product management, or our tech team.

What you'll do

- Run discovery on each client's CRM and marketing stack
- Configure Amplify to fit their setup, right the first time
- Spot integration and automation opportunities
- Run product demos and training where it helps
- Partner with Campaign Managers on a clean handoff

Skills & experience

- Fast learner who picks up new software unaided




- Fluent English, confident with customers day to day
- Analytical and accurate - maps a stack, configures it right
- Highly organised across a high volume of tasks
- Technical or adjacent degree strongly preferred

Nice to have

- CRM/marketing familiarity (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- API/integration literacy, no coding required
- Customer-facing tech or product experience
