In this role, you will deliver person-centred support that helps people with disabilities lead more independent and meaningful lives within the Narre Warren & surrounding areas community. Key Responsibilities of NDIS Support Worker (ANZSCO 423312), Personal Care Assistant (ANZSCO 423313) and Disabled Carer (ANZSCO 423111)- In this role, you will: Provide personal assistance and support to clients in daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and household tasks Assist clients with their mobility and communication needs Support community participation and social interaction Help with meal preparation, medication reminders,



and light household tasks Shopping assistance and running errands for clients Follow and implement individualised support plans Follow therapy plans and provide direct support and assistance to therapists. Build strong, supportive relationships with clients Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support

Work collaboratively with the wider team and report changes in client's condition to management Engage in meaningful activities and support clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life Foster a protected, supportive, positive and respectful environment that enhances the well-being and independence of participants To be considered, you will need: Certificate III in Individual Support and/or Certificate IV in Disability (or equivalent) And/or at least 1 year of experience in disability carer, nursing support worker, Personal care assistant role NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid and CPR Police Check (within the last 6 months) Valid Australian driver's licence Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance

Remuneration will align with the skills and experience displayed by the successful candidate. This position is a full-time (38 hours per week, minimum) salary range $52,000 to $80,000 plus Superannuation.
