About the role:

This is an integral role in our finance team with the mandate to set up and drive positive change. Reporting to the Credit Manager, we are looking for a dynamic Credit/Claims Officer who can be part of our team.

Based in Eagle Farm in Brisbane, responsible for processing and investigating the claims for RWC. At RWC we operate as one global team, so you will be part of a broader group of finance professionals located in the UK and USA.

What you will need to do:

Ensure compliance with claim control procedures

Customer liaison for debtor disputes and claims issues.

Supervision of master file maintenance.

Recommending and advising management in regard to claims trends.

Undertake such other tasks as are within your skills and abilities as required by the Company.

Excellent communicator who thrives on building relationships internally and externally

2+ years of accounting, finance, or related experience

Experienced in SAP S/4 HANA , Oracle or similar accounting system.

Intermediate Excel skills for analysis and reporting

Intermediate reconciliation skills

Analytical ability and effective communication skills across all levels of staff within the business

Adaptability and robust positive work ethic

Organised and able to meet deadlines.
