As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an organised and proactive Operations Scheduler & Administrator to play a key role in coordinating our people, resources and daily operations.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on operational role responsible for workforce scheduling, resource allocation, fleet coordination and workflow management across multiple service divisions.

Reporting to the Head of Asset Management and working closely with our Maintenance and Construction teams, you will coordinate field crews, vehicles, plant and equipment to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with client and contractual requirements.

This role suits an experienced scheduler or service coordinator who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, enjoys problem solving and can confidently manage changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and coordinate field personnel across electrical, civil, maintenance and programmed works activities
- Allocate labour, fleet, plant, equipment and specialist resources to maximise operational efficiency
- Monitor daily work progress and adjust schedules to meet client requirements and contractual response times
- Liaise with field crews, supervisors,



clients and management to ensure effective communication and service delivery
- Manage schedule disruptions arising from weather events, emergency works, site access issues and resource availability
- Coordinate fleet servicing, equipment maintenance and repairs to minimise operational downtime
- Monitor workflow, workloads and resource utilisation across multiple business divisions
- Coordinate client meetings, operational meetings and toolbox talks as requiredSupport KPI reporting and operational performance targets
- Assist with audits, compliance activities and general operational administration
- Provide support to the Operations Administrator and wider management team as required

- Maintain efficient utilisation of crews, vehicles and equipment
- Meet client expectations and contractual response requirements
- Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and operational risks before they impact delivery
- Build strong working relationships with field teams, clients and internal stakeholders
- Keep multiple workstreams operating efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, service coordination,



workforce planning or operational administration
- Experience coordinating field-based teams within electrical, utilities, civil, maintenance, construction or similar industries
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to make scheduling decisions and solve problems under pressure
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using AroFlo, Sage Field Operations or similar field service management systems will be highly regarded
