We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation. This is a permanent full-time prospect ideal for someone with strong SAP WMS experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys coordinating orders from receipt through to dispatch.

As the central point of contact between customers, warehouse operations, and transport providers, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately, inventory is managed effectively, and service levels are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process customer orders via EDI, API, email, and customer portals
- Validate order information and confirm inventory availability
- Manage order exceptions and place orders on hold when required
- Release orders into SAP WMS for picking and dispatch
- Prioritise urgent and same-day customer orders
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Investigate and resolve inventory, allocation, shipping, and delivery issues
- Monitor order turnaround times, OTIF performance, and order accuracy
- Provide customers with shipment updates, reporting, and ongoing communication
- Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships




- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfilment function

Skills & Experience

- Extensive SAP WMS experience is essential
- Previous experience in a Fulfillment Coordinator, Customer Service, Logistics Coordinator, Inventory Controller, or similar role
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and order management processes
- Experience working within a 3PL, logistics, warehousing, or distribution environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
