About the role

We have positions available within our Trade Counter in Wagga Wagga.

Yours is an important role – you’ll be the key point of contact between our company and our customers.

Face-to-face sales/service to trade customers

Dealing with a diverse group of customers (homeowners, builders, plumbers, and interior designers)

Providing an excellent standard of customer service

Finding solutions to customers' needs

Participation in training and personal development sessions.

No industry experience necessary, we can train you in all aspects of the Plumbing/Building industry. The position suits an enthusiastic person who is reliable, keen,



and with the right attitude who just wants to learn.

As well as excellent customer service skills you’ll have the drive, commitment, and integrity required to build a successful sales career. Competency with computers, a desire to acquire product knowledge, and a friendly personality are also essential characteristics for this role.
