We're looking for someone with the experience, leadership qualities and ambition to work towards becoming ourWorkshop Foreman , and ultimately progressing into the role ofOperations Manager as our business continues to grow.

About the Role
As our Senior Cabinetmaker, you'll work closely with the business owners to deliver exceptional bespoke cabinetry while helping lead the workshop and support the development of our growing team.
You'll have the opportunity to influence workshop systems, improve productivity and help shape the future direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble high-quality bespoke cabinetry.
Support with technical knowledge on best practices for construction and drawings.
Install cabinetry to an exceptional standard when required.
Lead by example in workshop quality, productivity and workmanship.
Mentor apprentices and junior team members.
Assist with workshop planning and daily workflow.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and production processes.
Work collaboratively with the directors to prepare the business for future growth.
Progress towards becoming our Workshop Foreman.
About You
You'll be someone who takes genuine pride in your work and enjoys solving problems, improving systems and helping others succeed.
A positive attitude with natural leadership ability.
Experience mentoring apprentices or leading small teams (preferred).
A current driver's licence.
