Boronia Retirement Services in Hunters Hill NSW is seeking an experienced Care Partner/Care Coordinator to lead our ageing-in-place program within the community. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will oversee care delivery, build relationships with residents and families, and work with health professionals to coordinate services that help residents maintain independence.
This full time role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with opportunities for ongoing learning and development.
