Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our government team.

This role will focus on servicing State and Federal Government clients through established panel arrangements and preferred supplier agreements, while identifying and securing high-quality talent across a variety of professional and technical disciplines.

About the Role

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to placement and ongoing account management.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
- Building talent pools for current and future Government requirements
- Managing vacancies across NSW, QLD and Federal Government clients
- Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Maintaining candidate compliance and onboarding requirements
- Providing market insights and recruitment advice to clients
- Working closely with your team to deliver exceptional service outcomes
- Achieving individual and team recruitment targets





About You To be successful, you will have:

- Previous agency recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting within Government or public sector environments
- Exposure to Government panels, preferred supplier arrangements or contingent workforce programs
- Strong candidate sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive, commercially focused approach

Highly Regarded

- Experience recruiting across NSW Government, Queensland Government, State and Federal Government agencies
- Experience in ICT, Professional Services, Corporate Services, Administration or Project Services recruitment, Construction etc
- Existing Government industry networks
