This role is 80% hands‑on tools and 20% administration, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves guiding others to success.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide mechanical support and mentorship to a skilled team of qualified and apprentice technicians
- Coordinate and monitor services and repairs to ensure efficiency and quality
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and revenue
- Carry out service, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural machinery
- Diagnose and interpret machine faults with precision using diagnostic tools
- Review and finalise job cards for accurate documentation

Who We’re Looking For

- Proven Leadership - Confident in coaching, motivating, and empowering a team
- Experienced - Minimum 5 years in service roles with strong technical expertise
- Resilient & Organised - Thrives in high‑pressure, quick‑paced environments
