The role

Intermediate Business Services Accountant

- Based in Earlwood (Sydney Inner West)
- Hybrid structure: 3 days in office, 2 days from home
- Real client exposure (we do not hide you behind emails)
- Work directly with senior accountants and managers who teach and explain the “why”
- Variety across compliance and advisory support
- Exposure to a strong base of growing SMEs and high-performing salaried employees
- A firm that actively uses technology, automation and AI to lift quality, reduce rework, and free up time for advisory work

What we look for (non-negotiables)

- 2–5 years’ experience in Australian public practice (business services)
- Degree in Business/Commerce
- CA or CPA must be underway
- Permanent working rights in Australia
