The Role

We're seeking a confident Town Planner with 2+ years’ experience in the DA space to join a small, high-performing team. You'll manage your own portfolio of applications while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Projects range across residential, commercial, industrial developments, subdivisions and earthworks , offering strong variety and exposure.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing guidance, advice and quotes to clients
- Preparing, lodging and managing Development Applications (DA) to Council and State authorities
- Managing multiple active applications (typically 30–50 projects)
- Reviewing client enquiries and preparing fee proposals
- Handling administrative tasks associated with consultancy services
- Liaising with councils, consultants and clients throughout the approval process

About You

You're a proactive and confident planner who enjoys working directly with clients and managing your own workload.





You will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Town Planning or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Development Applications (DA)
- Experience within the QLD planning system (preferred)
- Solid communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A confident, outgoing personality with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- A valid driver's licence
- Full working rights (PR/Citizens only)
