About You
- Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration (fire protection or building services background)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a rapid-paced environment
- Clear and confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/ERP systems (Uptick knowledge highly regarded)
- Able to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
