Join AEON Homes, a design-led custom joinery studio delivering premium doors, wall panelling, wardrobes, cabinetry and kitchens for high-end Australian homes.

Based in our Artarmon showroom, you will be the key link between a client's first consultation and their signed production order. You will turn client needs into beautiful, practical joinery concepts, help clients confidently approve their design, and partner closely with Sales to convert opportunities into projects.

What you'll do

- Welcome and consult with residential clients in our Artarmon showroom.
- Develop bespoke joinery and interior design concepts for kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, doors and wall panelling.
- Present design direction, finishes and solutions in a clear, client-focused way.
- Prepare or support design presentations, quotations and documentation; collaborate with Sales to manage leads and move projects forward.
- Help secure signed agreements and production deposits once clients approve the design.
- Coordinate with our design,



production and installation teams in Australia and China to ensure approved designs can be delivered.
- Maintain a strong understanding of materials, finishes and high-end joinery details.

What you'll bring

- Around 3 years' experience in interior design, kitchen/joinery design, cabinetry or a related residential design role.
- A portfolio demonstrating residential interior or custom joinery work.
- Strong spatial-planning skills and an eye for materiality, proportion and detail.
- Confidence building trust with clients face-to-face and presenting solutions that support a sale.
- Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, spoken and written.
- Experience with 3D visualisation and/or design documentation is highly regarded; 3ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Cabinet Vision or similar are valued.
- Full Australian working rights.
- A team-oriented, commercially minded approach.
