About the Role





This is a full time position suited to someone with previous conveyancing / property law experience who enjoys managing matters from instruction through to settlement while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a conveyancing file load from commencement through to settlement.
- Deliver outstanding service to clients and referral partners.
- Review contracts and identify matters requiring legal advice or escalation.
- Prepare contracts, correspondence and legal documentation.
- Conduct and interpret property searches.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate settlements, including PEXA transactions, invoicing and post-settlement documentation.
- Assist with electronic title lodgements and related conveyancing processes.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team culture.

About You

You'll be someone who takes pride in delivering quality work, communicates professionally and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience with conveyancing, paralegal or property law.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- A proactive and client focused approach.
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Full Australian working rights and willingness to complete a National Police Check.
