Production / Process Workers - $36/hr + Super | Ongoing Work | Norwest

Are you an experienced Production or Process Worker looking for stable Monday to Friday work with consistent hours?

We are seeking reliable and physically fit individuals to join a busy manufacturing environment in Norwest.

This role is suited to candidates with backgrounds in manufacturing, production, process work, warehousing, recycling, construction materials or other hands‑on industries.

If you're comfortable working with aggregates, recycled materials and heavy manual tasks in a fast‑paced workplace, we want to hear from you.

What's On Offer?

- $36.00 per hour + Super
- Ongoing work with long-term opportunities
- Monday to Friday roster
- 6:00am - 2:00pm shift
- Stable work with no weekend requirements
- Supportive team environment
- Immediate starts available

Key Responsibilities

- Operating within a busy manufacturing and production environment
- Processing and handling rubble and aggregate materials
- General assembly of components
- Heavy and repetitive manual handling




- Conducting visual quality inspections
- Basic machine setup and equipment adjustments
- Following work instructions and maintaining safety standards
- Keeping work areas clean and organised

About You

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, process work, warehousing, recycling, construction materials or another physically demanding environment is highly regarded
- Experience working with aggregates, rubble, construction materials or heavy manual handling is advantageous
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance
- Able to work efficiently in a rapid‑paced environment
- Solid commitment to workplace safety
- White Card advantageous but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only
