About the role
Canva is on the lookout for an experienced professional to spearhead our B2B webinar initiatives. This role involves overseeing the creation and execution of impactful digital events aimed at enhancing product usage and fostering growth within our enterprise and ecosystem markets. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our webinar strategy and ensuring that our digital experiences resonate with our target audiences.

What you'll do
- Oversee the comprehensive production process for B2B webinars, which includes developing strategies, planning event calendars, writing scripts, and promoting events across various channels.
- Lead a series focused on enterprise thought leadership and manage the collaborative B2B/Ecosystem partner webinar initiatives.
- Work closely with the Ecosystem team to engage and manage partnerships with key players such as Google, Meta, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Anthropic.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with external agencies and publishers, including Reuters, to facilitate sponsored content and syndication opportunities.
- Direct the "What's New" product webinar series in conjunction with Product Marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Initiate and sustain LinkedIn Live as an additional platform for event registration and audience engagement, enhancing our digital presence.
- Manage the distribution of content across platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn, with a focus on capturing leads and optimizing AI discoverability.
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team on budget oversight, UTM tracking, and MQL attribution to measure the success of campaigns.
- Brief and oversee the work of contingent workers or contractors who assist in the production of webinars,
ensuring high-quality outputs.
Requirements
- A solid track record in producing webinars or branded content series, particularly in a B2B or enterprise marketing context.
- Proven experience in managing co-marketing partnerships and coordinating content with external entities effectively.
- Familiarity with briefing and overseeing third-party agencies or publishers to ensure adherence to quality standards and project scopes.
- Strong skills in talent management, including the ability to pitch ideas and brief both internal and external guests effectively.
- Competence in handling production logistics and coordinating with creative and video production teams.
- Technical expertise with webinar platforms such as Goldcast, YouTube, and LinkedIn Live is essential.
- Knowledge of campaign tracking, registration models, and MQL reporting to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing timelines and stakeholder needs.
Nice to have
- Experience in directing or managing contingent workers and contractors would be beneficial.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in webinar production using platforms like Goldcast, YouTube, and LinkedIn Live.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and practices.

This position is based in Sydney, Australia, and operates under a hybrid work model that combines remote work with in-person collaboration at our Surry Hills campus.
