IMMEDIATE START - Stock Control Assistant | Frozen, Refrigerated, Pantry - Monday to Friday | 7am to 2pm

We're looking for someone to assist our team with coordination of stock control, filling dry goods shelves, freezers and fridges.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6-12 months of retail or stock control experience.

The role involves coordinating stock replenishment across the shop floor, ensuring shelves remain full, fresh, and presented to a high standard throughout the day. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands stock operations, works with urgency, and helps maintain consistent replenishment routines.

This role also involves receiving deliveries and working closely with ourteamto ensure stock is handled safely, accurately, and efficiently from delivery through to shelf.

The position requires lifting capabilities up to 20kg for handling deliveries and stock movement.

About the Role

- This role requires you to spend a large amount of your time in a freezer and cool room to stock and refill retail shop.
- Preparing, processing, packing and labelling food products
- Applying use by dates to food items, and checking products are in date in store
- Packing frozen orders for wholesale orders
- Prioritise replenishment tasks to maintain availability and presentation standards
- Rotate products to maintain freshness and limit waste
- Ensure shelves are neat, full, and correctly ticketed
- Assist with receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries




- Work closely with theStore Manager and Production Teamsto manage stock flow and back-of-house organisation
- Support team members to maintain consistent replenishment standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment - cleaning duties in your area required
- Ad hoc factory hand duties
- Follow all HACCP food safety and workplace safety requirements

What We're Looking For

This role suits someone experienced in stock operations who is confident taking responsibility and supporting strong replenishment standards both in the retail shop and back of house areas.

You will have:

- Relevant experience in a stock or replenishment role within a retail environment
- Supermarket experience strongly preferred
- Available to work Monday to Friday
- Demonstrated ability tosupport and coordinate stock replenishment in a busy retail environment
- Solid attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Confidence handling deliveries and working in a stock environment
- Ability to work efficiently and meet daily deadlines
- Physical capability to safely lift and move stock
- Reliability, initiative, and strong teamwork skills
- Food Handling Certificate or Food Safety Certificate highly advantageous
- Forklift Licence not essential but highly advantageous
