This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant with 2–4 years of public practice experience who is looking to develop their technical skills and progress their career in a collaborative environment.

The Opportunity Working closely with experienced Managers and Partners, you will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries including qualified services, construction, healthcare, hospitality, and family-owned businesses.

This role offers a clear pathway for professional growth, ongoing mentoring, and exposure to complex client work that will accelerate your development.
Key Responsibilities

- Preparation of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
- Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BAS) and IAS
- Assisting with tax planning and compliance matters
- Liaising directly with clients and responding to queries
- Supporting senior team members with advisory engagements
- Managing client deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

About You

- 2–4 years' experience within a public practice accounting firm




- Degree qualified in Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Commenced or intending to commence CA or CPA studies
- Strong understanding of Australian taxation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- A proactive attitude and desire to continue learning
