Behind every one of those transactions sits a store thatmust get the detail right: the transaction, the safe, the count, AML/CTFobligations and a first-class customer experience. We are looking for someoneto walk into our stores and support our staff deliver exceptional service,compliantly.

About the role

You will own operational assurance across 23 stores inVictoria, Western Australia, South Australia, and Tasmania. Each month youvisit your stores, run a Quality Assurance Review, complete a full cash count,and test how the store is tracking against Crown policy and our regulatoryobligations. Upon completion of each review, you will sit down with the StoreManager, explain what you found, agree the fix, and follow it through.

What you will be doing

Assurance and risk

- Run monthly QualityAssurance Reviews across your assigned stores
- Complete monthly fullcash counts, investigate variances, and escape where required
- Review OH&Spractices; and flag risks with recommended actions
- Check security protocolson every visit: safe access, alarm procedures, CCTV
- Escalate systemic,unresolved,



or high-risk breaches to the National Operations andCapability Leader

Compliance

- Monitor store compliancewith AML/CTF, TTR, Privacy and AUSTRAC requirements
- Identify operationalrisks and policy gaps, and recommend the fix
- Roll out new and updatedpolicies and procedures across your region
- Keep accuratedocumentation for QARs, cash counts, OH&S; and other assuranceprocesses

Coaching and capability

- Deliver clear feedbackto Store Managers after every review and confirm corrective actions land
- Coach recent store leadersthrough Crown's operational and risk expectations during onboarding
- Champion the Crown SalesProcess so store execution meets both commercial and complianceobligations

Reporting and insight

- Submit detailed reportsafter each in-store review
- Track trends, repeatissues and opportunities for systemic improvement
- Work confidently acrossCrown's systems

National projects

- Lead pilot activitiesand test new processes for Crown's National Retail Plan
- Partner with NationalOperations to improve systems, policy and process

What you will bring

- Experience in retailoperations, audit, risk or compliance, ideally across a multi-site network
- Working knowledge ofAML/CTF and AUSTRAC obligations
- The ability to deliverhonest feedback
- Strong written reporting: clear, accurate, on time
- A current driver licence and willingness to travel across four states
- Able to travel interstate stores quarterly
