A well-regarded commercial builder is seeking a Structures Foreman to oversee the structural delivery of a $30m multi level high end Aged Care development in Sandringham. The successful candidate will take ownership of the structure phase and play a key role in driving trades, safety, and quality outcomes on site.
The Role
Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising all structure-related site activities from excavation through to topping out
- Managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement, and post-tension subcontractors
- Coordinating trades, deliveries, and site logistics
- Maintaining a high standard of site safety and quality assurance
About You
- Must have proven experience supervising structure packages on apartment or commercial projects for a head contractor
- Strong understanding of concrete structures and basement construction
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills on site
