Alto Body Paint, located within the state-of-the-art Audi Alto Macarthur facility, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Stripper & Fitter / Panel Beater to join our growing team.

This is an excellent chance for someone passionate about cars and looking to build a long-term career in the automotive repair industry. You'll work alongside skilled professionals, gain hands-on experience, and receive comprehensive training in a modern workshop environment.

About the Role

- Remove and refit vehicle panels, trims, lights, and accessories
- Assist with vehicle disassembly and reassembly for repairs
- Support panel beating and repair preparation activities
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards
- Use workshop tools and equipment correctly and safely
- Work alongside experienced technicians to develop your skills

What We're Looking For

- Genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn




- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Driver's licence (preferred but not essential)
- School leavers and first-year apprentices are encouraged to apply
