You'll receive full on-the-job training while completing a Certificate III in Business, giving you the skills and experience to build a successful long-term career.

No previous experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

What you'll receive

What you’ll be doing

- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Speaking with clients over the phone and responding to emails
- Assisting with client enquiries and account updates
- Preparing and processing client documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting the team with general administration




- Learning how to review client information and provide ongoing support
- Building positive relationships with clients

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is confident speaking with clients over the phone
- Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Is motivated, driven and eager to learn
- Has valuable attention to detail
- Is organised and able to manage their time effectively
- Enjoys working in a team
- Has basic computer skills
