The Company

A well-established industrial and environmental services business is seeking an Inside Sales Development and Account Manager to support its Victorian operations. The organisation operates within a regulated environment and services a broad B2B customer base, offering stability, training and clear career progression into sales.

The Role

This office-based role sits within the inside sales function, working closely with field sales and operations to support service delivery, customer relationships and revenue growth.

You’ll be responsible for high-volume outbound activity, inbox management, lead qualification and sales support. This role suits someone with a technical or scientific background who wants to build a long-term career in B2B sales.

The position operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm , with one day per week working from home .

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to target industries
- Manage inbound enquiries and the sales inbox




- Support field sales with administration and follow-up activity
- Qualify leads and assist with solution selling
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Liaise with operations and logistics to support service delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

About You

- 1-3 years' experience in inside sales or customer service
- Solid phone-based communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with volume outbound activity
- Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving ability
- Detail-focused with an appreciation for compliance and safety
- Technical, chemistry, engineering or industrial background highly regarded
- Prior exposure to industrial, environmental or manufacturing sectors preferred

This is a strong entry-level opportunity for someone technically minded looking to transition into B2B sales .

The Package

- $80,000 - $90,000 base + Super
