Salary: $70,000–$100,000 and outstanding career progression opportunities.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional office role.

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded person who wants to learn directly from an experienced entrepreneur while helping build multiple high-growth businesses.

Working alongside the CEO, you will become involved in technology, business operations, sales, project management and strategic growth.

No two days are the same. One day you may be visiting sporting venues throughout Queensland, the next meeting with business owners, ordering equipment for a project, preparing commercial proposals or assisting with the expansion of an international software business.

About Us

Our privately owned Family Office has grown to more than 20 staff and operates across three expanding business divisions.

Xpoint Sports Systems

We hold the Queensland and International licensing rights for Xpoint Sports Systems, an innovative sports management platform used by tennis, pickleball, squash, badminton, padel and table tennis venues.

With significant expansion planned throughout Australia and internationally, this business presents exciting opportunities in technology, licensing, software sales and international business development.





Interstate and international travel opportunities may become available as the business grows.

Property Development

We acquire, develop and deliver residential subdivision projects throughout South East Queensland, managing projects from acquisition and planning approvals through construction, sales and final settlements.

Your Role

Working directly with the CEO, you will assist in the day-to-day operation and growth of both businesses.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing executive support across multiple businesses.
- Helping manage priorities, projects and business operations.
- Visiting sports centres throughout Queensland and building relationships with venue operators.
- Demonstrating and supporting our software platform.
- Assisting with business development, licensing and future international expansion.
- Managing databases, reports and correspondence.
- Preparing business reports, presentations and commercial documentation.
- Solving day-to-day operational issues and ensuring projects continue moving forward.
- Assisting with project marketing and real estate sales enquiries where appropriate.

About You

You are someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to build a genuine career rather than simply perform a job.

Ideally you will have:

- An entrepreneurial mindset and strong initiative.




- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence working independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional presentation and the confidence to deal with clients and business owners.

A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, technology, or a related discipline would be highly regarded.

Strong computer skills are expected.

An interest or background in organised sport, particularly club competitions, would also be viewed favourably.

Hours

The role is based around a flexible 38-hour working week.
