Vivid Route This position involves performing welding and fabrication tasks across multiple construction sites, ensuring all work meets engineering specifications, safety regulations, and project requirements. Work sites may vary depending on project requirements.

Task & responsibilities

- Carrying out welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and stick welding as required
- Fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols
- Cutting, shaping, and joining metal parts using hand tools and welding equipment
- Inspecting welds to ensure strength, quality, and compliance with standards
- Preparing materials and surfaces for welding and fabrication work
- Operating welding machinery and related construction equipment safely
- Performing maintenance and basic repairs on tools and equipment




- Ensuring all work is completed in line with project specifications and deadlines
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Qualification & experience

- At least 1 year of experience as a welder or in a related fabrication role
- Relevant welding qualification or Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (advantageous but not required)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Experience with various welding techniques and metal types
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physically fit and able to work in construction site conditions
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or in a team
