About the role

Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of SydPath.

Prepare accurate meeting minutes, reports, correspondence, and other documentation to support senior management. Coordinate meetings, workshops, seminars, travel arrangements, and other business activities to ensure seamless operations. Manage enquiries, maintain filing systems, staff contact lists, and essential office resources, including stationery procurement.





Build strong working relationships across the organisation while managing competing priorities and delivering professional, customer-focused administrative support.

About you

Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality administrative support, including preparing accurate meeting minutes and professional business documents.

Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to use initiative to achieve positive outcomes. Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with confidence in using technology to support business operations.

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to a range of enquiries and adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
