- Confident working with children and families

- A natural leader who can motivate and support the team
- Minimum 3 years' management experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or a similar customer-focused industry
- Proven experience managing KPIs, labour models, and team performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Comfortable working in a vibrant, noisy entertainment environment
