Electrical Assembly & Metal Fabrication Machine Operator

Workforce Wetherill Park Labour Hire – Revesby NSW

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators and Production Assembly Workers to join a leading commercial hot water manufacturing company based in Revesby.

This role is suited to candidates with experience in electrical assembly, wiring, metal fabrication, pipe bending or manufacturing environments.

Pay Rates

- Monday to Friday: $32.69 per hour for the first 7.6 hours
- Monday to Friday overtime: $49.03 per hour
- Saturday: $49.03 per hour for the first 3 hours
- Saturday thereafter: $65.39 per hour

Duties May Include

- Operating production and metalworking machinery
- Completing electrical wiring and basic electrical assembly
- Bending and fitting pipes
- Cutting, shaping and preparing metal
- Metal fabrication and component assembly
- Using hand and power tools
- Putting manufactured parts and components together
- Installing foam insulation
- Manufacturing and assembling ice baths
- Installing compressor components
- Assembling commercial hot water systems
- Reading basic drawings, measurements and work instructions
- Quality checking completed products




- Manual handling and general factory duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area

What We Are Looking For

- Previous machine operating, manufacturing or assembly experience
- Electrical assembly or wiring experience is highly regarded
- Experience with pipe bending, metal cutting or fabrication
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately assemble parts and components
- Reliable transport and strong attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace
- Availability to work Saturdays when required
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
