Leading Hand / Workshop Supervisor (Transport)

We are currently looking for Leading Hand or Workshop Supervisor to join a well-established transport company in Geelong.

They are willing to consider both a workshop supervisor or leading hand from a range of different back grounds. This could include:

- Smash Repair / Collision
- Automotive / Vehicle / Commercial Spray Painting
- Fibreglass
- Welding / Light Fabrication

We are currently looking for Leading Hand or Workshop Supervisor to join a well-established transport company in Geelong.

They are willing to consider both a workshop supervisor or leading hand from a range of different back grounds. This could include:

- Panel Beater
- Smash Repair / Collision
- Automotive / Vehicle / Commercial Spray Painting
- Fibreglass
- Welding / Light Fabrication

They would prefer someone who has experience working on coaches/buses/trucks.. But are happy to consider all backgrounds,



if the person fits well with how the organisation works. For example they would consider someone how had experience in fibreglass on boats / yachts

The most important aspect is that someone possess outstanding leadership qualities and actively enjoys/wants to be in a leading hand / workshop supervisor role

This is a permanent role and will pay up to $121K + Super per year based on experience and also comes with 12 RDOs per year.

PLEASE NOTE - This role works on a shift pattern of 10 hour days working either 6am-4pm or 7am-5pm. Part of this shirt is paid and normal rate and part is paid at x 1.5 rate.
