Design Assistant - Mimco (Jewellery & Accessories)

Are you passionate about design, highly organised, and eager to build your career in fashion accessories? As our Design Assistant, you'll provide creative, administrative and day-to-day support to the Senior Designer – Jewellery & Accessories, while working closely with the broader Design and Technical Design teams to help bring our collections to life. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are excited to contribute to every stage of the design process, we would love to hear from you!

How you will contribute

- AssistDesignersto createdetailed andaccuratestyle CADS, design specsheetsand product briefings, BOMsand product rangecreation
- Research projects including emerging trendandinspirationbased on customer segmentation, creativeand branddirection (as needed)
- Prepare and collate relevant samples and documentation for key meetings
- Adhere to company timetable and critical path to ensure delivery into stores is ontime
- Manage inputs into PLM System, accurately andin a timelymanner
- Style Name Database and Management, includingfacilitatinglegal approval of stylenames
- Colour Palette& HardwareMaintenance both physical and digital.

Capabilities we value

- Previousexperience or equivalent in a designassistantrole, or a graduate with proven design and creative skills
- Strong communicationskills,



with the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proven teamwork and collaboration abilities, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced settings
- Genuine interest in Jewellery and accessoriesdesign, paired with creative flair and a passion for innovative design
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes in all tasks
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
- Solid CAD (Adobe) and Excel skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities,demonstratingresourcefulness and critical thinking.
