What you'll do

- Design and implement customized solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

- Mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles as technical consultants.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty, acting as their trusted advisor in technology solutions.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing software solutions for clients, with a strong understanding of system integration and data management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
- Experience with restaurant management systems or point-of-sale (POS) technology is highly desirable.




- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to derive actionable insights from client data.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.
