As a Coles Group Store Team Member you'll have the opportunity to work at one of our main retail brands. With opportunities across the store, you could be packing delicious treats in the bakery, helping customers at the checkout, serving up slices in the Deli, or restocking our shelves to make sure they are filled with everything our customers need.

A typical day involves greeting staff and customers, ensuring everything is organised and getting everything prepared for the day to provide the best customer service. The best thing about the job is the community. Whether it's team members or customers, chatting, having a bit of banter and enjoying yourself is really positive.

If you notice that a customer might not be having the best day, we can turn that around with a simple smile or by listening to their stories, and we often see a change when they're leaving the store.
