Mortgage Specialist (Sales & Client Support)

Looking to build a career in finance?

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, loves keeping things organised, and wants to be part of a small, high-performing team.

This isn't your typical mortgage broking role.

You don't need years of broking experience or an existing client book. What you do need is confidence on the phone, strong organisation skills, and the ability to keep multiple files moving at once.

We're a boutique mortgage brokerage specialising in complex lending solutions. Every day is different, and every client has a unique story. You'll work closely with experienced brokers and processors while learning the industry from the ground up.

You'll become the first point of contact for many of our clients and play a key role in guiding them through the early stages of their finance journey.

About the role

Your day will be a combination of customer service, phone-based sales, administration and file management.

You'll be responsible for:

- Calling new enquiries and qualifying clients
- Following up warm leads and previous enquiries
- Booking appointments for brokers
- Collecting supporting documents from clients
- Managing client communication throughout the application process
- Updating our CRM and lender systems
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders
- Following up outstanding items to keep files progressing
- Supporting the team from initial enquiry through to settlement





This is a hands-on role where you'll spend plenty of time on the phone while also managing your own workload and client files.

About you

- Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
- Has robust written and verbal communication skills

- Banking
- Customer service
- Administration
- Call centre
- Real estate
- Conveyancing
- Finance or lending
