You’llcombineyour aged caretechnical financialexpertisewith trusted client advice, helping aged care providers solve complex challenges. To do this you will beingworking alongsideahighly respectedteam ofStewart BrownPartners, Directorsand a diverse qualified team.

The opportunity

Work will beacross Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living,Support at Homeandwithpurpose-led organisations.You’llpartner directly withStewart Brownclients to interpret financial performance, navigate reform, build practicalsolutionsand strengthen organisational capability.

One day youwillbe presenting to a Board. The next, reviewing forecasting models, mentoring juniorconsultantsor supporting a provider through significant operational change.

You’llbring

- CA or CPA qualificationswithsignificant aged care finance experience
- Strongknowledge of AN-ACC, Care Minutes, forecasting, prudentialrequirementsand aged care reform
- Outstandingfinancial accounting, modellingand advisory capability
- The confidence to build trusted relationships with CEOs, CFOs, Executiveteamsand Boards
- Excellent communicationskills(written and verbal),high professional standards,commercialjudgementand professional gravitas
- Real pride in thedetail and quality of your work, every day
- A collaborative, hands-on approach with the curiosity to keep learning and the humility tocontribute wherever needed.
