World Vision Australia is seeking a Senior WHS Advisor to lead the rollout of audit recommendations and strengthen safety governance across the organization. This hands-on role focuses on stakeholder consultation, risk management, and improving incidents, return-to-work, and travel safety.

Based in Burwood East with a 3-2 hybrid mode, you will build maturity in psychosocial hazards, coordinate WHS committees and Board reporting, and partner with leaders to embed practical, compliant safety
