About the Role

As the Sales Representative, you will:

- Convert website enquiries into sales as well as identify new opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored fabrication solutions.
- Interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical plans.
- Generate quotes to suit the fabrication, as no 2 projects are the same.
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the design and manufacturing process.
- Answer technical questions confidently and liaise with the production team when required.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, and customer expectations are exceeded.
- Work collaboratively with the fabrication and design teams.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Proven experience in a high-performing sales role with a strong history of exceeding targets.




- A natural ability to build rapport, negotiate confidently and consistently close deals.
- Experience within fabrication, manufacturing, transport, caravan, coachbuilding, trailers, automotive or a similar technical industry.
- The ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings or construction/manufacturing plans.
- Solid commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the drive to succeed.
- Leadership potential and the ambition to grow into a Sales Manager role.
