About the role

We are seeking reliable team members to work in our workshop as a labourer / forklift driver.

This is a general labour role supporting spray painters and blasters in day-to-day production activities. You will assist across preparation, finishing, material handling, and general factory operations.

No prior experience is required — full on-the-job training is provided. For the right person,



there is a clear pathway into skilled coating and blasting roles over time.

Day-to-day tasks

- Assisting in each of our divisions
- Preparation to steel members
- Silicone application and stripe coating support
- Packing and unpacking finished steel products
- Loading and unloading trucks and deliveries
- Operating forklifts (training provided if required)
- Moving and sorting steel throughout the facility
- General factory housekeeping and cleaning
- Supporting tradespeople and supervisors as directed

What we're looking for

- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit individuals
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to take direction
- Team player with good communication skills
- Forklift licence (preferred but not essential — training may be provided)
- No experience required — full training provided
