We’re seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to join our Marketing and Digital team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support a key period of digital investment, focusing on improving online conversion, enriching product content, and helping deliver websiteenhancements that drive commercial results.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing and Digital, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and development partners to optimise our BigCommerce website and create a strong foundation for future ecommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse website performance and customer journeys using GA4 to identify conversion opportunities
- Recommend and implement CRO initiatives across product pages, category pages, mobile UX, cart and checkout
- Audit and enhance product catalogue content, attributes, specifications and SEO elements
- Develop content standards and processes to support ongoing catalogue management
- Support website feature development, including prioritising improvements and preparing clear briefs for developers
- Build ecommerce reporting dashboards and validate ecommerce tracking accuracy
- Document findings,



recommendations and processes to support a seamless handover at the conclusion of the contract

About You

- Proven experience in an eCommerce Specialist, eCommerce Coordinator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with BigCommerce or a comparable ecommerce platform
- Knowledge of GA4, eCommerce reporting and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Experience managing product content, catalogue enrichment and SEO best practices
- Familiarity with Google Merchant Centre and product feed management
- Analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with developers and agency partners
