We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys being close to the business. This isn't a desk-bound HR role. You'll spend time in our boutiques, workshops and Head Office, partnering with leaders, coaching managers and helping create an exceptional employee experience across the business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll provide end-to-end HR support across our retail boutiques, workshops and Head Office teams.

You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate people matters while ensuring our employees have a positive and engaging experience throughout their journey with Gregory Jewellers.

This role offers a great mix of strategic partnership and hands‑on HR, making it perfect for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with managers to provide practical HR advice and coaching.
- Support performance management, employee relations and workplace investigations.




- Manage onboarding, probation, employee movements and offboarding.
- Support recruitment across retail, workshop and corporate teams.
- Build strong relationships through regular boutique visits across NSW.
- Assist with workforce planning and succession initiatives.
- Coordinate learning and development activities.
- Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and compliance remain current.
- Maintain HR reporting and employee records.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and building trusted relationships across a business.

You'll also bring:

- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role (approximately 2-5 years).
- Experience supporting retail, hospitality, customer service or other multi-site operational environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- Confidence managing employee relations matters and coaching leaders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A willingness to travel regularly to boutiques across NSW and occasionally interstate.

Experience that would be highly regarded

- Luxury retail or premium customer service environments.
- Multi-site retail operations.
- Experience supporting sales-driven teams.
