Our client is an established Brisbane CBD law firm seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join its growing property team. Duties

- Manage residential conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement
- Conduct electronic settlements using PEXA
- Handle off-the-plan transactions from commencement to completion
- Assist with commercial conveyancing matters,



including acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions
- Liaise with clients, developers, financiers, real estate agents and government authorities
- Prepare settlement documentation and ensure legislative compliance
- Independently manage your own files while supporting the continued growth of the conveyancing practice

The Candidate

- Proven experience managing residential conveyancing files end-to-end
- Strong PEXA experience
- Ability to manage a busy workload with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Proactive, organised and able to work independently
