Job Description
Your role will include:
- Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way.
- Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
- Delivering evidence‑based interventions that improve quality of life.
- Collaborating with a supportive multi‑disciplinary team.
- Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.

Qualifications
You’re a passionate, motivated Speech Pathologist who’s excited to learn, grow, and make a real difference. You care deeply about achieving great outcomes for clients and their families, and you take pride in deliveringperson‑centred, ethical therapy .
You bring a positive vibe to your work, love being part of acollaborative team , and you’re definitely not afraid to have a bit of fun along the way.
What You’ll Need
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Speech Pathology degree
- Driver’s license + registered car
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
