Financial Reporting Analyst - PE backed Residential Property business

PE backed property company going through an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

The Role

Reporting into the Financial Controller and working closely with the business, the role includes:

- Supporting the preparation, analysis and delivery of high quality fund level and asset level reporting for portfolio
- Fund and investor reporting
- Financial analysis and performance reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Valuations and data management
- Investment committee and Board reporting
- Compliance and governance
- Systems and process improvements

The Person

You will be CA/CPA qualified or near completion of these studies.2-5 years of experience in fund reporting, performance reporting or funds management will ensure your success in this role.Robust analytical and modelling experience and attention to detail will ensure your success in this role.Living sector experience is highly desirable but not essential.
