With a substantial and growing client base and an ambitious leadership team behind them, they're now looking for an Intermediate - Senior Accountant to join the team, develop their skills, and grow alongside the business.

The Role:
- Prepare and assist in finalising financial statements and tax returns for a range of entities (companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders)
- Assist with complex tax matters, including Div 7A, CGT, FBT, and restructuring strategies
- Provide proactive business and tax advisory support,
contributing insights to help clients achieve their goals
- Review work prepared by junior accountants and provide constructive feedback
- Support and mentor junior team members in their technical and professional development
- Assist in preparing management reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts with actionable recommendations
A little bit about you:
- 2–4 years previous experience working in an Australian accounting firm setting, with a client facing approach
- Tertiary qualification in accounting/commerce
- CA/CPA in progress
- Excellent attention to detail & good organisational skills
- A willingness to collaborate, & work in a team
- Ambition & drive to progress in your role/the business
