Endeavour Foundation is seeking an experienced and values-driven Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations and be advocates of our clients in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services across four homes in the Gladstone region.
This is an exciting prospect for a hands-on leader to shape the future of disability support in the region. You'll play a pivotal role in empowering people with disability to live independently, achieve their goals, and enjoy meaningful lives while leading a dedicated team committed to person-centred care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop Site Supervisors and Support Workers to achieve excellence in service delivery
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture
- Ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Framework
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, guardians and other key stakeholders
- Drive service quality, continuous improvement, and positive client outcomes
- Manage workforce planning, and performance processes
- Oversee incident management, risk mitigation and operational compliance
- Identify opportunities for service growth through meaningful community and client engagement
- Champion a culture where people feel respected, supported and empowered
About You
You're an experienced people leader who combines strong operational capability with genuine compassion and a commitment to person-centred support.
You’ll bring:
- Experience leading teams within disability, SIL home environments and residential care and have managed multiple homes
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS and disability support sector
- A proven ability to build engaged teams and deliver quality service outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Sound problem-solving, decision-making and operational management capabilities
- A growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement
- Qualifications in Disability, Community Services or Human Services (desirable)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Proven experience in managing 4+ SIL homes of disability support
- Required to commit to standard office hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and be onsite to support the clients & staff every day
