Due to an internal shift, Hinterland Toyota Beaudesert is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our growing team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our service team and customers by ensuring all parts and accessory needs are met quickly and accurately.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with customers to assist with spare parts and accessory enquiries
- Using the Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
- Sourcing and ordering parts through online manufacturer portals
- Producing quotes for panel shops and mechanical workshops
- Processing orders and quotes through the DMS system (Tune)




- Assisting with stock checking and order processing
- Maintaining data integrity, accurate invoicing and payments
- Supporting the service department with enquiries, bookings and coordination of repairs
- Contributing to a positive team and customer experience culture

What You’ll Bring

- Previous Parts Interpreter experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role
- Genuine interest in the motor industry
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation, integrity, and attention to detail
- Solid computer literacy and adaptability
