We are seeking experienced Bid Writers , Bid Managers , Tender Writers , Precontract Engineers , and Tender Managers to join our team as contractors or consultants.

Your primary focus will be on what you do best - crafting and managing winning tenders &our; Tier 1 Contractor and Consultant business development executives (all prior employees of these businesses)will source the opportunities.

You'll be working on Tier 1 and Tier 2 transport infrastructure projects, as well as other major civil engineering initiatives.

In this role, you will collaborate with industry leaders on groundbreaking projects, with the full support of Tier 1 experienced Business Development Executives who manage all client contact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage high-quality bids and tenders for major infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- Leverage your expertise to drive winning outcomes in competitive tender processes.
- Focus solely on tender creation and management, supported by Business Development Executives who handle all client interactions.
