Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and working with one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands? Mornington BMW is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing Aftersales team.

What you’ll do:

- Greet and assist customers with service bookings and enquiries
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Provide accurate advice on maintenance, repairs, and costs
- Liaise with technicians to deliver timely updates to customers
- Build solid relationships that reflect the premium BMW brand

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment
