About the Role

Based in one of our Gippsland Region offices (Traralgon, Sale or Warragul), you'll workalongside experienced engineers on a diverse range of land development andinfrastructure projects while developing your technical and consultingcapabilities.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Contributeto the planning and design of roads, drainage, sewer, water and landdevelopment infrastructure.
- Prepareengineering documentation that meets client, statutory and qualityrequirements.
- Assistwith construction support and site surveillance.
- Workclosely with clients, contractors and external consultants.
- Collaboratewith multidisciplinary teams across the business.
- Graduallytake ownership of project responsibilities as your experience grows.

About the Development Program

Our two year Development Program is designed to provide morethan technical training. It combines hands on experience with structuredlearning to support your growth into a well-rounded and successful consultingprofessional.

About You

We're looking for graduates who are curious, motivated andready to learn.

You’ll have:

- Arecently completed, or soon to be completed, Bachelor of CivilEngineering.
- Agenuine interest in consulting and land development.
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellentorganisation and attention to detail.
- Strongproblem solving skills and a collaborative approach.
- Experiencewith 12d Model, AutoCAD or MicroStation (desirable, not essential).
